The trails are open!

225 club ticket sales are going slow. Half the tickets still remain to be sold. Its very important we sell every ticket this year, because the money raised is going into our Excavator fund for future payment. If you haven't received a packet yet to sell, or would like to purchase a ticket, please contact Brad Hilton at 315-298-3261

March 2008

THE NEXT MEETING WILL BE HELD ON 4/19/2008 AT THE ALTMAR HOTEL AT 11:00 A.M. THIS WILL BE THE ANNUAL MEETING WITH ELECTIONS. WE WILL BE TAKING NOMINATIONS FROM THE FLOOR. PLEASE COME AND VOTE.
We had over 100 people attend the March meeting. We would like to see more meetings like this all summer.
We had the honor of Bethany from Frontier Communications and she discussed with us different ways in which the club could earn some money by sending referrals to her. We also had Barry Leemann from the legislation showing his support.
We discussed other trails that we hope to get open this year, along with getting an excavator and materials for a 24’ x 40’ pole barn to be built.
The trade show will be at Jeff Hopkinson, Thornwoods Raceway this year on June 21st corner of Ball Rd. & Stonehill Rd in Williamstown.
We had a few people sign up for parking at the Oswego County Fair July 2nd – July 6th, but we really need some more. Please call in if you can work any part of those days.
Please take note that we are going to have a work detail after our monthly meetings. The Tuesday morning and evening work details will also still be going on. Some of the trails are bad and land owners are complaining so we really need to get these fixed. Please plan on staying after and help so we can keep these trails open.
Lewis County will be holding a poker run on May 3rd. We would like to see a lot of our members there to support their trails.
Please note that our membership now runs Jan thru Dec. Everyone needs to fill out the new registration form and sign it. Anyone who has not re-newed their membership will not receive any more newsletters after this one.
