The trails are open!

225 club ticket sales are going slow. Half the tickets still remain to be sold. Its very important we sell every ticket this year, because the money raised is going into our Excavator fund for future payment. TRADE SHOW

On June 16th and 17th our 3rd annual Trade Show/Craft Fair & ATV Rodeo will be held at the Fireman’s Field, Williamstown, NY. This is a new location. This year we are combining the Trade Show with an ATV Rodeo as we did last year to make the event more appealing to all who love four wheeling. Barry and Thelma Moot are chairpersons for the Trade Show.

Vendor sites are now on sale at $30 each for a 15’ x 30’ spot.

To make this event more successful each year requires a lot of time and work for all involved. The more people we can count on to help make the load a lot lighter. Please call Barry or Thelma to offer your help. You can reach them at 298-2480.

Your help could make the difference in organizing this event.

This years Rodeo will be a two-day event if there are enough competitors to warrant it. The events included will be a drag race, car climb and 225’ mud bog, There will also will be a Tag Team on Sunday. The cost for these events will be $10 for competitors each day of the rodeo.

OSWEGO COUNTY FAIR

This years fair in Sandy Creek, NY runs from June 29th to July 4th. We provided parking attendants last year and are going to do the same thing this year. We will need a total of 25 people to help cover the entire span of the fair. All the people are not needed each day. A schedule will be worked out for people working in shifts. The Club is reimbursed for their time. Camping is also available for the duration of the fair to those who volunteer. Sign-up sheets will be available at the next meeting or you can call Mary Gaffey to have your name added to the list of volunteers. We do need your help.

The new Trail Truck, purchased last year, will appear at the fair for all to see. All of our truck sponsor’s names appear on the new truck. Check it out while you are at the fair and support those who support us.
